Please use one of the two forms below to register your swimmer(s). Details are below each to assist you with selecting the correct form. The registration instructions page will help guide you through the registration process and answer frequently asked questions.

Competing Slug - Registration Form 2026
Please use this form if you will have at least one competing swimmer on the team. This includes those families which may have multiple swimmers of which at least one or more will compete in the SSL while also having one or more that are considered Li'l Slug swimmers (ages 4-8 only)*
Li'l Slug ONLY - Registration Form 2026
Please use this form ONLY if all of your swimmer to register are between the ages of 4 to 8, will NOT compete in SSL Meets, and meet the requirements for the Li'l Slug program.*
